Foundation text updates · Effective October 2026

1. The program

Ozark Farms Heritage & Nature Foundation sends text messages to people who opt in. Depending on how you signed up, you may receive:

• Strawberry Festival and Preserve event updates, reminders and schedule changes
• For vendors: application, invoice, deadline and setup information
• For Foundation members: member news, such as early access, event invitations and membership reminders

2. How you join

You join by checking the text-message box on one of our sign-up, vendor or membership forms and submitting your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, membership or vendor application.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Guests typically receive 2–4 messages a month in the weeks before the festival. Vendors receive messages tied to their application and the event. Members typically receive no more than 4 messages a month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can rejoin anytime by signing up again.

6. Help

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
