Privacy Policy
Ozark Farms Heritage & Nature Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we,” “us”) cares for the Ozark Farms Heritage & Nature Preserve in Rolla, Missouri, and hosts community events such as the Strawberry Festival. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up for updates, become a member, apply as a vendor or contact us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number and mailing address.
- Membership details: membership level, renewal dates and the updates you’ve asked to receive.
- Vendor application details: business name, product type, photos, social links and booth preference.
- Payment records for booth fees. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through standard cookies.
How we use it
- To send the event updates, reminders, member news and vendor information you asked for.
- To manage your membership and let you know about member benefits, such as early access.
- To review vendor applications, send invoices and coordinate setup.
- To answer your questions and improve our events.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we use your number only to send the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that send messages on our behalf.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not opt you out of texts, and the reverse; you can stop either one separately.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our events, such as our messaging, email and payment platforms, and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and vendor records for as long as you stay subscribed or keep taking part in our events, and as long as we need them for tax and nonprofit record-keeping.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ozarkfarms.org.
Children
Our sign-up forms are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
