By joining the hospitality team at Ozark Farms Heritage & Nature Preserve you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Volunteer Relationship You understand that your participation is entirely voluntary, with no expectation of compensation, benefits, or employment. Ozark Farms Heritage & Nature Preserve is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization through which Ozark Farms conducts its philanthropic work and community events. Your service supports our charitable mission.
2. Conduct & Professionalism You agree to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism, following all guidance provided by event leadership. Your conduct will honor the mission of Ozark Farms and create an exceptional, welcoming experience for our guests and vendor partners.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. You hereby release and hold harmless Ozark Farms Heritage & Nature Preserve, its affiliates, partners, board members, staff, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your volunteer service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
4. Media Release You grant Ozark Farms Heritage & Nature Preserve, its affiliates, and partners the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video recordings, or other media capturing your likeness for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes in perpetuity across all media platforms.
5. Commitment & Communication Should circumstances require you to withdraw your volunteer commitment, you agree to provide prompt notification to allow for appropriate staffing adjustments.
